50g wild garlic
60g toasted cashews
1/2 lemon (juice)
3 tbs nutritional yeast
1 garlic clove
4 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper
1. Roast cashews in a pan and set aside to cool. Cook Gnocchi.
2. Wash the wild garlic, pat dry and remove the stems.
3. Add all ingredients in a blender and process.
4. Add the pesto to the cooked gnocchi and fold in.
