Recipe Oil Free Hummus
400g cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup aquafaba (chickpea liquid)
2 tbsp tahini
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tsp cumin
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp water – Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Season to taste, add a dash more water if it’s too thick for you.
