Recipe: 1/2 of an 8 oz. package brown rice noodles
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons agave
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 T rice vinegar
1 T hoisin sauce
1 T grated ginger (or sub some ginger powder)
3 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon oil
1 bell pepper thinly sliced
1 8 oz. package mushrooms
1.5 cups snow peas
Red chili flakes
Boil water for noodles.
Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
Heat oil in large pan over medium heat and add veggies, toss, cook total 3 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
Drop noodles in water when it boils. They cook quickly! Drain and rinse them and add to veggies along with sauce.
Combine, stir and top with lime squeeze, sesame seeds and chili flakes (optional toppings)
