Nourishing Bowl by plantbasedrd 🥣 Filled with massaged kale, baked tofu, baked sweet potato, cucumber, roasted Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, some spicy kraut and lots of tahini!

For the baked tofu, set the oven to 400F. In a container just toss together 1 tbsp tahini, pinch of salt and 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce. Take the pieces of tofu and place on a lined baking sheet. Place in oven and bale for 20 to 25 minutes.
