Okay lets address the elephant in the room. This isn’t a Chinese dish and yes they are chop sticks.

Per serve we have 290 Calories, 21g Protein, 23g Carbs and 12g Fat.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

350g Tofu
1 ½ Zucchini
¾ Red Capsicum
1 Cup Beans
1 Garlic Clove
¼ Cup Shallots
½ Lime
1 ½ Tbsp Coconut Amino
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 ½ Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Tsp Paprika

1. In container combine the coconut amino, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cayenne, garlic (diced small) and paprika.

2. Press then cube the tofu and add this to the container and mix well. Place the container in the fridge with the lid on for at least 30 minutes, the longer the better.

3. Slice the capsicum, chop the zucchini and the cut it down the center, remove the ends of the beans and cut them in half.

4. In a pan on a medium/high heat add the tofu and the marinade sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Add in the vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes or until the sauce starts to dry up.

5. Squeeze some lime over the top and top it with some shallots and serve it with some noodles, rice or quinoa.
