For the tofu: ​Just sprinkle over some smoked paprika & garlic powder, salt & pepper over your prepared tofu, shake the bowl to coat the tofu, then place onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment, and bake in a preheated oven at 200C/400F for 15-20 mins until crisp and lightly golden! ​
