To make it I simply add a dash of olive oil to a pan + 2 crushed garlic cloves. Fry for few minutes then add a pack of baby mushrooms +2 tbsp of Tamari sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes + add in some sliced cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 5-8 minutes, ideally add chopped basil or parsley
